Fly-in Schedule

Friday August 7

	5:30 pm. Happy Hour! Free beer and cocktails for MAAG members, guests and pilots.
	6:30 pm. Hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill for everyone.
	8:00 pm. Aviation movie will be shown on the 8ft.X 6ft. big screen.

Saturday August 8

	7:30-9:30 am Fly-in breakfast. (Donations accepted)
	10:00 am "Parade Of Planes" to kick of the 121st. Old Settlers Parade. (Pilot briefing at 9:30 am. in front of hanger.)
	9:30-12:00 am Aircraft Judging
	11:00 am Lunch- Hot Dogs, Chips, Cookies and Drinks available at the concession.
	12:00 pm Awards Ceremony

Pilot Briefing

	Runway 17/35 which is 150' wide will be divided to allow for back taxiing. The east side will be the active runway.

	If you will be here Friday and need transportation to your hotel please contact: Don Wiebe or 316-835-2417 and arrangements will be made.
	At your request transportation will be provide into Halstead for the Old Settlers Celebration events.
