Fly-in Schedule

Friday August 13

	6:00 pm. Happy Hour! Free beer for MAAG members, guests and pilots.
	7:00 pm. Pot luck dinner

Saturday August 14

	7:30-9:30 am Fly-in breakfast. (Donations accepted)
	10:00 am "Parade Of Planes" to kick of the 123rd. Old Settlers Parade. (Pilot briefing at 9:30 am. in front of hanger.)
	9:30-12:00 am Aircraft Judging
	11:00 am Barbeque Lunch
	12:00 pm Awards Ceremony

Pilot Briefing

	Runway 17/35 which is 150' wide will be divided to allow for back taxiing. The east side will be the active runway.
	Monitor 122.9
	Information about Wiebe Airfield/Halstead (SN05) can be found at AirNav including info about hotels in the Newton, KS area.
	If you will be here Friday and need transportation to your hotel please contact: Don Wiebe or 316-835-2417 and arrangements will be made.
	At your request transportation will be provide into Halstead for the Old Settlers Celebration events.
